§ 18.5-64. Sewage disposal systems determined inadequate

Except as otherwise provided in this article, if the City of Victoria, upon recommendation of the City Engineer determines that the sewage disposal site or system is inadequate to accommodate the sewage disposal needs of the new development when considered together with existing development and development which is reasonably probably of fruition, the new development shall not be approved.
