§ 18.5-92. Determination of need for weather warning devices
Latest version.
All new development shall provide weather warning device if:
(a) The City of Victoria determines that the development is located substantially within adopted growth areas; and
(b) A weather warning device is not available; and
(c) The development proposes more than ten new residential units or 2,000 square feet of new commercial, industrial or institutional enclosed area.
