§ 21-14. Joint and individual applications

Latest version.

(1) Joint trenching. Director may require registrants to jointly apply for permits to excavate or obstruct the right-of-way at the same place and time.

(2) Fees. Pursuant to section 21-12, the city will establish a fee for joint trenching that will recognize the city management savings of the joint application.
