§ 4-102. License fee

Latest version.

The on sale wine license shall be subject to the license fee as established in accordance with the schedule set forth in section 4-43. This fee, as provided by state statute, shall not exceed 50 percent of the license fee charged for an on sale intoxicating liquor license or $2,000.00, whichever is less.
