§ 24-32. Operation of motorized vehicles on ice of or land surrounding Kelzer Pond

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful to operate an all-terrain vehicle, motorcycle, or any other motorized recreational vehicle anywhere on the ice of Kelzer Pond or on the land surrounding Kelzer Pond, which is owned by the City of Victoria.
